Refund and Returns Policy

1.1. Unused and Uninstalled: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received them. Items must also be in their original packaging.

2.2. Packaging: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation included with the product.

2.3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the item is returned to us safely.

3. Refund Process

3.1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria.

3.2. Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

4.1. Special Orders: Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

4.2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective or damaged.

5.2. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us to arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you. We may require the incorrect item to be returned before sending a replacement.
