GENERAL RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original, unused condition and has not been installed, altered, or damaged in any way.

All returned parts are thoroughly inspected before a refund or exchange is approved. Items returned without prior authorization or in unacceptable condition will be refused or sent back at the customer’s expense.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • The product must be in the same condition you received it.
  • The part must not be installed or tampered with.
  • It must be returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).
  • Returns must be authorized by our team before being shipped back.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Electrical and electronic parts (due to potential installation damage).
  • Special order parts or custom-requested items.
  • Parts that have been installed or altered in any way.
  • Parts returned after the 30-day return window.

We strongly advise all customers to verify compatibility before making a purchase. If you're unsure about the fitment of a part, please contact us before placing your order.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Email our support team at support@carspart.us with your order number, part details, and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions along with a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  3. Pack the item carefully and include the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the product to the return address provided using a reliable, trackable courier.
  5. We do not cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

INSPECTION AND REFUND

After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our technical team. If the part meets all return conditions, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that:

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply depending on the item.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

EXCHANGES

If you received the wrong part or the part was defective, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please report such issues within 7 days of delivery.
